Member records are maintained as long as an individual remains a Labtech Innovations member and for two years following membership lapse.

9. Publication Terms & Conditions
1. Authors cannot publish their contributions elsewhere without written permission from the publisher.
2. The article must be original and not under review elsewhere.
3. The author must ensure no copyright infringement and accept full responsibility.
4. Co-authors must approve the submission, and the corresponding author takes full responsibility.
5. Authors retain the right to use their article in future work with proper acknowledgement.
6. The article must comply with ethical standards and plagiarism policies.
7. Once a manuscript is submitted, no authors can be added or removed.
8. Upon acceptance, the corresponding author is responsible for publication fees.
9. Article withdrawal is not allowed after copyright signing.
10. Labtech Innovations does not guarantee journal indexing in databases like SCOPUS, Web of Science, or UGC Care etc.
11. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Wrong or Extra Deposit:
o If a candidate wrongly deposits money or makes an extra payment, the amount will be refunded within three (03) weeks, provided the candidate informs us within two (02) days of the transaction date.
Event Registration Cancellation:
o 50% refund for cancellations made 30-45 days before an event.
o No refund for cancellations within 30 days of an event.
o E-poster payments are non-refundable.
Paper Withdrawal & Registration Cancellation:
o If an author withdraws their paper from a journal or cancels conference registration, the full amount will not be refunded.
o Refunds will be subject to an administrative charge payable by the registrant.
o Any bank charges incurred during the transaction will also be borne by the registrant.
Non-Refundable Situations:
o If a paper is cancelled (by either party) due to duplicate publication, plagiarism, author misconduct, authorship dispute, or ethical issues, the publication charge will not be refunded.
o No refund will be provided after a paper has been scheduled for publication in a journal or conference technical session.
o Once a paper is published online or in a journal link, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.
o No refund will be given if a published paper is removed due to copyright infringement claims or any other issue.
o If publication is delayed, no refund will be provided, as delays depend on the publisher and upcoming journal issues.
Paper Review & Alternative Journal Publication:
o If a paper does not reach the review stage or is not accepted, the author will be given the option to publish in another journal upon confirmation. Alternatively, a full refund may be provided.
Revision & Correction Charges:
o Once a paper is published and indexed, if the author requests corrections, an additional fee will be charged, depending on the extent of changes and feasibility.
No Refund for Withdrawal or Non-Revision:
o If an author withdraws their paper or chooses not to revise and resubmit, no refund or debt cancellation will be provided.

11. Accommodation Cancellation Policy
• Hotel providers have their own cancellation policies, which apply to late cancellations. Contact us for details before modifying your booking.
